Programs

Two Programs.
One Entrepreneurial Journey.

Whether you're 12 or 42, the fundamentals of starting a business remain surprisingly similar. Find something people need. Create value. Offer it. Find customers. Sell. Learn. Improve.

Program 01

Start Before 20

A practical entrepreneurship program that helps young people understand business by working toward launching their first real venture. Your first business shouldn't have to wait until adulthood.

Goal: Launch your first business before 20.

Program 02

Start Now

A practical entrepreneurship program for adults ready to stop postponing their entrepreneurial ambition and start building. The best time to start was earlier. The next best time is now.

Goal: Launch your first real business.

Same foundation

The difference is the teaching style.

Both programs are built around the same entrepreneurial fundamentals. What changes: examples, vocabulary, depth, discussions, assignments and the life context of the participant.

Entrepreneurship does not need to be diluted for younger people. It needs to be explained differently.

Start Before 20

What If Your First Business Started Before 20?

Children and teenagers spend years preparing for future careers, but entrepreneurship is rarely experienced until much later. Start Before 20 gives young people a safe, structured environment to experiment with business while they are still developing their confidence, curiosity and worldview.

The objective is not to pressure every young person into becoming a CEO. The objective is to show them:

"You are capable of creating something."

What they will learn

A progressive, practical curriculum.

  • Notice problems around them
  • Turn problems into opportunities
  • Develop business ideas
  • Choose practical ideas
  • Understand customers
  • Ask customers questions
  • Develop products or services
  • Understand costs
  • Set prices
  • Create a brand
  • Communicate clearly
  • Create basic marketing
  • Use social media responsibly for business
  • Sell
  • Handle rejection
  • Understand revenue and profit
  • Manage basic business activities
  • Listen to feedback
  • Improve their idea
  • And eventually — launch something real

How we teach

Same entrepreneurship. Different language.

Young founders are not treated like MBA students. Business terminology is converted into simple, relatable language.

Customer Segmentation

"Who exactly would want to buy this?"

Value Proposition

"Why should someone choose yours?"

Market Validation

"Before making 100 of these, can we find five people who actually want one?"

The business principle remains the same. The language changes.

The two youth learning levels

Adapted to age and learning level.

Ages 10–15

More visual. More interactive. More examples. More guided exercises. Simpler business terminology. Focus on curiosity, problem-solving, confidence, money basics and experiencing the process of starting.

Ages 16–20

Deeper discussions. Greater independence. More responsibility. Stronger focus on business models, validation, marketing, sales, execution and commercial thinking.

Where operationally appropriate, some sessions may be organised with broader age cohorts while exercises and mentoring are adapted to each participant.

The role of parents

Support the young founder without taking over the business.

Parents are important partners in Start Before 20. Depending on age and business type, parents may need to assist with certain activities. The objective is to give the young participant ownership of the entrepreneurial journey while maintaining appropriate adult supervision.

What success looks like

Success is not measured only in money.

  • Speak confidently to a customer
  • Recover after an idea fails
  • Sell something for the first time
  • Understand the difference between revenue and profit
  • Solve a real problem
  • Take responsibility for an outcome

A participant who learns these has already gained something extremely valuable. And when that journey leads to a real business — even better.

Start Before 20 Certificate

Participants who successfully complete the required program journey become eligible to receive the Start Before 20 — Completion Certificate.

But the most important outcome is not the certificate. It's what you started before receiving it.

Start Now

Stop Waiting for the Perfect Time.

A practical entrepreneurship program for adults aged 21 and above who want to launch their first real business.

Maybe you've been thinking about this for years

Eventually, preparation becomes another form of postponement.

  • "I want to start something."
  • "I have an idea."
  • "I don't know what to start."
  • "I'll do it after I save more money."
  • "I'll start once work becomes less busy."
  • "I need to research a little more."
  • "I don't think I'm ready."

Start Now exists to help you move from intention to execution.

Who it is for

Your current occupation does not disqualify you from becoming a founder.

  • Working full-time
  • Running a household
  • Freelancing
  • Creating content
  • Studying
  • Practising medicine, law or another profession
  • Exploring a side business
  • Planning a career change
  • Recently retired
  • Or simply curious about entrepreneurship

You do not need to quit your job

Your first business may begin as something very small.

FFC does not begin by telling you to resign, invest your savings or take an unnecessary risk. The purpose of your first venture is not necessarily to replace your income immediately. It is to get you into the arena.

  • A weekend project
  • A product tested with ten customers
  • A service sold to one client
  • A small online brand
  • A white-labelled product
  • A business built using skills you already possess

What you will learn

The Start Now principle

Don't spend six months building something nobody wants.

  • Start small
  • Talk to customers
  • Test assumptions
  • Sell early
  • Learn quickly
  • Invest more only when there is evidence to support it

The aim is not reckless entrepreneurship. It is practical entrepreneurship.

Your first business may not be your biggest business

That is perfectly fine.

The first business has another job: it teaches you how business actually works. Once you understand how to find an opportunity, create an offer, reach customers, sell, deliver, collect money, manage costs and improve — starting your next business becomes very different.

Start Now Certificate

Participants who successfully complete the required journey become eligible for the Start Now — Completion Certificate.

But as with every FFC program: the real achievement is the business you start.

Choose Your Starting Point.

Don't wait until you're older — and don't spend another year thinking about it.
