First Founders Club

Don't Just Learn Entrepreneurship. Become an Entrepreneur.

First Founders Club is a founder community built for people who want to stop waiting, start building and launch their first real business. Through our flagship programs — Start Before 20 and Start Now — members learn entrepreneurship by actually doing it. Not someday. Now.

Applications open in batches. Join the waitlist to be considered for the next cohort.

The big idea

Entrepreneurship cannot be learned only in a classroom.

You can watch hundreds of videos. Attend workshops. Read books about startups. Learn what marketing means, what profit means and what a business model means.

But eventually, there is only one way to truly understand entrepreneurship: you have to start something.

That is why First Founders Club exists. We are building a community where aspiring entrepreneurs don't spend years preparing to become founders.

  • They start.
  • They experiment.
  • They sell.
  • They make mistakes.
  • They improve.

And, most importantly — they become entrepreneurs.

What is FFC?

A community for first-time founders.

First Founders Club is an entrepreneurship community designed to help people launch their first real business. It is not built around theory alone. It is built around action, execution and real-world experience.

Launch your first business.

You will learn how to identify opportunities, understand customers, create an offer, build a brand, price a product, market it, make your first sale and improve the business based on real feedback. The objective is not to create the perfect company on Day One. The objective is to help you become someone who knows how to start.

Two programs. One mission.

Start earlier. Or start now.

The curriculum and entrepreneurial journey follow the same core principles. The way concepts are explained, discussed and implemented is adapted to the age and mindset of the participant.

Start Before 20

Ages 10–20

Your first business shouldn't have to wait until adulthood.

Start Before 20 gives young people the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship while they are still in school or college. Instead of only learning what entrepreneurs do, participants work toward launching something of their own.

Program goal: Launch your first real business before 20.

Start Now

Ages 21 and above

The best time to start was earlier. The next best time is now.

Start Now is designed for adults who have been thinking about entrepreneurship but haven't yet taken the first real step. You don't need to quit your job. You don't need a huge investment. And you don't need to know everything before beginning.

Program goal: Turn intention into your first real business.

Start small. Learn fast.

Your first business doesn't have to be complicated.

You don't need a revolutionary idea, a large investment, an office, employees, a factory, investors or a complicated app. FFC members are encouraged to begin with practical, low-risk business models that let them experience the complete entrepreneurial process.

Print-on-Demand

Create a brand and products without maintaining large inventories.

Production-on-Demand

Develop products that are produced once orders are received.

White Labelling

Work with existing manufacturers to create products under your own brand.

Local Business Collaboration

Partner with existing producers to package, position or market products differently.

Service Businesses

Turn a useful skill into an offer people are willing to pay for.

Simple Digital Businesses

Use online platforms to create and test business ideas quickly.

We don't begin by asking "How can we build a huge company?" We begin by asking "What can we actually start?"

Our goal

Your first business within one year.

Not a classroom simulation. Not only a pitch deck. Not merely an idea. A business capable of offering something to a real customer.

You stop saying "I want to become an entrepreneur."
And start saying "I started."

Your first business has to start somewhere. Maybe this is where.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need the perfect idea. And you definitely don't need to wait for the perfect time.
