Program commitment

The FFC Program Commitment

Entrepreneurship requires active participation from the founder. Any refund or program guarantee is subject to defined participation and eligibility conditions.

First Founders Club is designed as an action-oriented entrepreneurship program. Our objective is to provide participants with structured learning, practical assignments, guidance and support that help them move toward launching their first real business.

Participants may be required to demonstrate that they:

  • Attended the minimum required sessions
  • Completed required assignments
  • Participated in relevant Founder Labs or reviews
  • Attempted the required validation activities
  • Acted on reasonable program guidance
  • Made genuine attempts to build and launch
  • Communicated when they encountered difficulties
  • Completed the minimum required program period

A participant who chooses not to execute, repeatedly misses required activities, decides they are not ready to start or voluntarily abandons the process would not normally qualify under the program guarantee.

If FFC fails to provide the core program support that was committed and an otherwise eligible participant is unable to progress toward the stated program outcome as a direct result, the participant may apply for review under the applicable refund policy.

Final legally binding refund conditions will be contained in the enrolment agreement applicable to the participant's cohort.
